How to Import Customers from Zoho Books to QuickBooks Online
If you are moving your customer information from Zoho Books to QuickBooks online the steps are very specific and simple to use. The version used is QuickBooks online and make sure that you follow all of the steps below in the exact order to ensure a smooth transition. This is also a good opportunity for you to update any inactive or duplicate customers and “spring clean” your customer data.
Go to Zoho >> Customers >> click on the 3 lines on the upper right-hand corner >> Export customers >>

Leave the default settings as is and press “Export”

Save it on an accessible folder on your computer (Downloads, Documents, Desktop or one of your choice), save it and keep it handy as you will need it on the next step.
Now login to QuickBooks and on the left panel select “Customers and Leads”

In the next screen on the upper right hand corner, click on the green New customer Button and select Import customers

In the next screen select “browse” to pick the Zoho Customer file that you exported from QuickBooks, click “Next” on the lower right hand corner of the screen.

Now you will see the “Map area” and in here, you need to make sure that the headers (Name, Company, Email, etc) in QuickBooks match the ones on your data. You will see the Green checkmark next to each field that matches, click Next

If you see boxes highlighted in red like the example below, enter the missing information, in this case the name on the box, click next

After you make the corrections (and uncheck any duplicates if needed) click Next and the Customer import is successfully done!
